Spirit Woodworks is a husband and wife team out of Daniel, Wyoming. Brad started Spirit Woodworks in Jackson (where he grew up) in 1999. He is a true craftsman, coming from a long line of Wyoming ranchers, craftsmen, and all around pioneers.  He is the 5th generation of his family to be born and raised in Wyoming. He has been making custom woodworking, furniture, leather & antler creations, and more, for 21 years. Becks is his creative assistant. After marrying in 2013, Becks helps him with pretty much every aspect of the business. "We moved to Daniel two years ago & we love Sublette County." They joined an art co-op, Art of the Winds, in Pinedale, Wyoming, in 2019.

Brad has primarily done custom orders in the past couple of decades, but in the past few years the couple has been branching out. "We really like the freedom of being able to create what we want, when we feel inspired by a piece of wood, and then having a place to show it. We also love collaborating with other artists."

Much of Brad's work over the years has been large items such as mantels, dining tables, bar tops, and hand rails. They also make smaller pieces, such as burl bowls, smaller tables, benches, stools, lighting fixtures, and the like. Their goal is to reach a wider audience of people; to help more people bring nature in to their homes in an artistic, functional, & inspired way. In the last couple of years, Brad has also branched out in to leather work, making vests, hand bags, and other small pieces. "Our style, I feel, is very unique to us. It's a mix of contemporary rustic/traditional western, with a flair for creative." Brad has the eye and sees & works with wood in a way that is unique to him.

"We both consider ourselves a part of the natural world, not separate from it, and that mindset flows through in how we make our furniture. It is our specialty and our inspiration to take the gifts of nature in their most natural form and blend rustic and artistic with functional and refined. We are proud to bring you custom pieces that come from the heart and through the hands. While we specialize in live edge, barnwood, & log furniture, we have created pieces for a wide variety of tastes and style."
